Frank F. Khulusi, Chairman, CEO & President - PC Mall, Inc.
Co-founder of PC Mall, Inc., Mr. Khulusi has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception in 1987. He also served as President until July 1999 and resumed the office of President in March 2001. Mr. Khulusi attended the University of Southern California.
Brandon H. LaVerne, Chief Financial Officer - PC Mall, Inc.
Mr. LaVerne was appointed as Chief Financial Officer by the Board of Directors effective July 2008. Mr. LaVerne previously served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the Company since June 2007, and will continue to serve as the Company's principal financial and accounting officer. Prior to his appointment, Mr. LaVerne served as Vice President and Controller and has been with the company since October 1998. Prior to joining the company, Mr. LaVerne worked for Computer Sciences Corporation, and started his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. LaVerne received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kristin M. Rogers, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing - PC Mall, Inc.
Ms. Rogers joined the company in February 2000 and was appointed as an Executive Vice President in June 2001. In her current role, she is responsible for all of the sales and marketing functions of the company. From 1980 through 1999, Ms. Rogers held a variety of positions with Merisel, a computer wholesale distributor, the most recent being Senior Vice President and General Manager of the U.S. region. In addition, she spent one year (1997) as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the U.S. region for Micro Warehouse, a direct marketer based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Ms. Rogers received a B.A. degree in Political Science from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
Robert I. Newton, General Counsel - PC Mall, Inc.
Mr. Newton joined the company in June 2004 as General Counsel. He was of Counsel in the corporate practice group of Morrison & Foerster LLP from February 2000 until joining PC Mall, Inc. Prior to his employment at Morrison & Foerster LLP, Mr. Newton was a partner in the corporate practice group of McDermott, Will & Emery LLP. Mr. Newton received a B.B.A., with highest honors, and a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
Joseph B. Hayek, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations - PC Mall, Inc.
Mr.Hayek joined the company in March 2008 as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. From August of 2000 to March 2008, Mr. Hayek worked in corporate finance at Raymond James & Associates, an investment banking firm, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and headed the firms Supply Chain Technologies Practice. Before joining Raymond James, Mr. Hayek was an investment banker in the technology group of Wachovia Securities. Mr. Hayek also worked for the Eastman Kodak Company. Mr. Hayek holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and B.S. in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
